Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help? My partner has inherited a property in the South of Menorca and we’re looking for a reliable solicitor to help with the Spanish probate, ownership transfer etc., We know different rules apply to different parts of Spain so would prefer a Menorca based company. We used a great guy named Pau Cardona in Mahon, to help us with our house purchase and also creating our wills. He speaks perfect and seems to be knowledgeable.
