Hi
Your solicitors when you bought the property should have given you all the details for the utilities. If they are a decent company their fees which you paid should have included sorting out all you need for the property. Even helping you set up your direct debits for the bills.
If your property conveyance was recent it's worth contacting them by email or phone to ask them.
Also did they give you information about the Suma (Spanish council tax) and the property taxes?
If you contact your solicitor and ask they should tell you but in the meantime it's easy to translate any correspondence by using your phone - Google translate is easy to use... Just take a photo on your phone of the document and mark out the text you want translated and click translate and all done:

I use it for lots of things, even for translating supermarket items. Very handy.
Hope this helps.
