Is it a must to have a Spanish Will ? What problems are there if I do not have one ?

Ps do I also have to do a yearly income tax return ?

Thanks for any help.

It is certainly sensible to have a Spanish will although I'm not entirely sure it is mandatory. Easily done through a lawyer, complete with English translation. It has to be signed by the local notary.

Our lawyer also handles our Spanish tax affairs, basically property and wealth based on the value of your property.
