Dogs on the beach in winter?

Hello fellow dog owners,

I've recently bought a place in Punta Prima and see that the beach has NO DOG signs all over it. However, it doesn't list any months/times of the year that dogs are allowed and/or any information on fines etc. I am coming from living in Barcelona where the rules for your dog on the beach are clearly marked along with the consequences of breaking those rules. The sings don't appear to be from the adjutament.

My questions are as follows:

- are dogs allowed on the beach at certain times of the year?

-are they never allowed but people bring their dogs on them anyway( respectfully of course) in the off season?

-is there a place I could go online to review the legal rules of the local beaches?

-are there some 'local rules' that might not necessarily be according to the adjutament but are widely accepted?

I thank you in advance for your advice. I am a responsible dog owner and want to respect local rules, while honoring my sweet little chihuahua mix who adores running on the beach :-)
