Property wanted to rent: Looking for the villa at 135? / 5 Ave Central (was recently Villa Yolanda)

HI,
As per title, trying to track down what was Villa Yolanda. We started to rent the villa back in the 80s and early 90s from a family from Cheltenham and recently again in the 2010s.
I think I saw it for sale a few years ago, and hoped it would continue as a rental, but can't seem to find it any more.There does seem to be a villa of the same name, but doesn't look the same.
Wondered if anyone had any info?
