Hi. If you have work in England you pay it anyway as it's taken directly.  If you have a bank account here just say you work and live in England.  There's no work in menorca, never is .

If you want to pay tax yearly it's up to you.  I had a business for 13 years and I had to pay alot even though I wasn't earning much.  I wouldn't be to honest, the Spanish are definitely not. They should do the things like England  but they can't because they can only sell the sun they luckily get too then the tourists in the summer.  Neither do you get unemployment unless you have worked 100 hours a week for six solid months !!!
