Local amusement outside of Hotel

Hi,
We are staying at the Talayot Hotel and are looking for a beach with amusements in or off the water. Boys are 5 and 10. I've seen the water park is nearby but not sure if this is suitable for the 5 year old?
Also restaurants that are good value with local cuisine.
