Its a shame you had lose the deposit …...luckily I had a full refund from a planned cruise to Norwegian Arctic in March ...but was asked to pay in full for a planned voyage across Russia in July ...said NO way ..Putin has said he will not open the borders and it is a very expensive trip ...also...

... I needed a visa 18 weeks before hand, which I wouldn't have now even if it went ahead ….waiting to see if I lose my deposit …….also had two other trips booked for which I have been offered vouchers ….all travel sites say legally don't have to accept vouchers ….and concerned if the tour operators go bust I will get nothing back …….last time I book anything in advance …...good luck ! looking forward to Menorca opening  I am missing it !  Before Brexit I was planning to buy an apartment for holidays ...but in Mercadal, so I would visit in off season as well ...used to live in Addaia and walk most afternoons to Arenal or Na Macaret …..happy days !

Had a change of plan carried 50% of my deposit over +10% discount on a villa for next year. Unfortunately not cala n'bosch. Going to Arenal del Castell. So now need to change flights if we don't use this year

Hi. I think just be cautious for now.  I would say ask for your money back because in Calen Porter all bookings have been cancelled until next year due to the virus. You need a residencia to get onto the island now.

Not ALL bookings have been cancelled in Cala en Porter! We will be waiting from July 1st to welcome the tourists that are still coming. Let’s hope that the airlines are up and flying from 15th July (Jet2) and 10th July Tui.

We still have our flights booked and paid for September. If everything clears up and we are allowed to travel then we could be looking for a villa deal in September. Hopefully this site/forum will be able to help.

I don't think anyone realises that it's still a pandemic and probably will be until next year. Why does everyone believe it's over when the first of July say it is ? It will go on and on , no one will win , you all believe your unforgettable just because you havent suffered from this world catastrophe. Why is it you all have such confidence in the unknown , is it faith ?

Hi if your looking for a “good deal” for September, why not ask on either Love Menorca or expats Menorca to see if anyone has vacancies  for your dates?. (Both on Facebook) I’m sure someone will! Enjoy your holiday. We have to wear masks if the 1.5 metre tule cannot be met, so maybe bring one with you!! But things change
