Reluctant Wife

I adore Menorca & would love to live there ASAP. My biggest problem is not Brexit but my wife who, for some strange reason, loves England.

I need to give her a reason to move permantantly (apart from the weather, the beauty, culture, etc, which is good enough reason for me!). The only reason I can think is to both of us having propers career there, rather than do nothing which she would get bored with. I am a mortgage broker in the UK and wonder if there are jobs in say Mahon related to my my industry or whether I could set up my own business there. I can speak some Spanish. 

My wife is into fitness and could get involved in fitness/boot camp classes.

I wonder if anyone on the forum has done something similar. If so, I’d love to hear from you.
