travelling to Menorca is very limited depending on where you live in the Uk, until later in year,  then there are much more flights to choose from with departures from many more cities. . I think at the moment you are limited to perhaps Easy Jet from gatwick, or maybe Luton. Where in the Uk are you?... I live in the Harbour, Port Mahon. I might be able to offer a little advice I have lived here since 2001. Good Luck.

Hi ! Getting to Menorca is not the problem at all from UK.

Advice I would appreciate is work wise / accommodation . When I moved to UK I had family here to help me start . Where moving in to completely new country not knowing anyone will be different regarding the language which of course will be taught whilst living there .

Would you be able to recommend me some English speaking jobs or maybe where to look for a place to live ?

Kind regards

Having owned my property for close on 40 years, I was trying to advise you that Menorca is super seasonal and all but closes down "airport wise" at least on international flights, yes you can travel, but from Oct till the end of march, April..very few flights. and only out of London... If you do not speak any Spanish, I would advise for the reasons above and for a much larger choice of work and higher English-speaking population, you should choose Mallorca.. It is "open" 24/7 12 months a year and there will be much much more opportunities for you there, I have friends there, Including a lady from Sarajevo...she might be a good contact for you, she speaks Russian, other Baltic languages, English, Spanish and is fully integrated into Life there...if you like I can ask here permission to put you in touch, I am going over to Mallorca this weekend. I also have a good friend here on Menorca, a lawyer (Female) she would be a good contact for you here, regarding getting established here, you will need an NIE number , etc etc..she could navigate you through all that, her English is not 100% but I can speak both, English (I am Brittish) and Spanish.. May I ask what age group you are, doyou drive?..smoker? be traveling alone, or with dependents, pets??. .When I know more, I can perhaps put you in touch with people that can help you more than I...
