Hi being a non resident about to own a property in

Son bou do I need to do yearly tax returns I won’t be

Renting it out just for family if I do does anyone know

You are required to do yearly tax returns - wealth tax, property tax etc. My lawyer just does all mine and sends me the bill. No problems in 36 years! If you were to rent commercially you would need a tourist licence.
