Hi Everyone,  I am seriously thinking of moving to Son Parc this year and would be grateful for answers to my questions below:-

What is it like living in Son Parc all year round?

Are there any bars, restaurants and supermarkets open during the winter season?

I have a dog which we like to take on interesting walks.  Are there nice walks in Son Parc?

What are the internet and TV connections like in Son Parc?

Is there much crime in Son Parc?

I am sorry to ask so many questions but I do not know this area very well.

Any advice will be most welcome.

Thank you.

Son Parc was always a lovely area. The beach is great, the amenities less so these days, unless you like 'Irish' bars and the like. But it's equidistant between Fornells, which is lovely, and Addaia, Arenal and Na Macaret, equally nice. (I have to admit to a bit of a bias, I have had a house in Addaia for 36 years.) The walks are really good all around the NE of Menorca. Can't comment on TV and Wifi, other than to say we have FTTP (fibre to the premises) in Addaia. Generally you will need to use the internet for TV unless you want a dish the size of Jodrell Bank. We access our TV through NOW TV, ironically a subsidiary of Sky. Picture quality is what you would expect from the internet. The great thing about Menorca is that nothing is more than 30 minutes drive (we can do the Mahon port in 20 minutes from Addaia), and the NE is particularly unspoilt. Always happy to chat more via some kind of clever private messaging system if you would like.
