if anyone can help us clarify this question, we'd be very grateful.  

We got our NIE number in September 2018 when we bought our flat here in Ciutadella de Menorca, whilst we've paid our council tax (impuestos municipales), electricity, water etc., regularly,  we haven't to date managed to get our empadronamiento, we tried last year but found it dificult to navigate the bureaucracy here, and gave up

Now we are buying a car, but when the Owner went to register us as new car owner at Hacienda in Mahón, the person there said that we were not registered with them, and that we need to go there. 

 Before we go with the owner we wanted to check if there is anything we should know about, like if we should have renewed our NIE number, due to all the changes since Brexit?

We are coming to son Bou to stay in our apartment for 3 weeks in October. I have to work whilst out there running various zoom and Teams calls so need reliable, fast and quality broadband. Anyone can help on what the best solution is? Can you get mobile broadband via dongle or get brown Addams installed for seasonal periods? And who are the best coverage and fastest operators?

Hi, we are two couples spending a week the beginning of October mainly on a driving holiday.

I was thinking it might be nice to have a look around the coast for a day on a boat.

We are very experienced boating people so know what we are doing. Staying around Fornells.

Can anyone please recommend the best way to travel from the airport to Binibeca. How much is the Taxi fare? On other holiday Islands we have used various forms of private transport which we have found to be cheaper than Taxi's and reliable. Appreciate any suggestions.
