I have just watched a young 'lady' trying to break into my apartment in Addaia. She was trying to force the shutter, but luckily did not succeed. The tawdry affair was captured on my Blink camera. Everyone on my complex has been alerted, as has our Administrator but I cannot find email addresses for local police so I can send the video. I have tried the 'denuncias' form on the Spanish police website, but it does not include a category of 'attempted break in'. First time in 36 years so not bad going I suppose. Anyone got any contacts?

How do other property owners in Menorca pay their annual wealth tax?

We bought a new property 18 months ago. The lawyer we used for the purchase has taken it upon himself to present us with a bill - his bill is the same as the tax due, so not planning on using him to pay this now or going forward.

Assume that it is possible to file oneself if you know what to do, so looking for guidance on how other owners complete this annual task.

We are bringing our miniature schnauzer to the island for the Summer so are looking for advise on a friendly vet who can administer the obligatory tapeworm treatment before we travel back to UK at the end of August.
