Hello everyone, hope you are all enjoying life in beautiful Menorca, just a quick question, we are looking at coming over in September 22 to begin our search for the area we would like to live in when we retire.

Would anyone know of estate agents that might show us a few properties and also any advice on car hire for the week and small hotels for us to stay in etc?

Hello, lovely to meet you all and know that there is a forum to help us. We are looking to retire to Menorca in approx 4 years from the UK.  Just a quick question to ask if its a good idea to start researching where we want to live and also start getting the necesary steps in place.  We have asked for an appointment with the consulate in the Uk for us to get an NIE number to be able to start getting things in order.  We really cannot wait to have some quality life in Menorca so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated and pointers on the steps to take for buying a villa, estate agents names etc would be good to know and anything you would think be useful to know.  Many thanks -G&G-

Service is via an outside dish which bounced signal from mast near La Mola  and ultimately Mahon.

The speed obtained fluctuates to minimum of 7mbps to a maximum of 24mbps (rarely maintains max speed)...

I believe I pay a lot for this service and find it very frustratingly slow and rather archaic...

Am I alone of is there a better option?

Hi can you tell me as I own property in Cala lionger  that I will be able to come over by ferry as I have removal lorries coming over from Barcelona on the 27th of May
