Does anyone know of anyone/company that will take away unwanted furniture etc as will need to clear prior to sale of apartment? Ideally in the Cuitadella area. Alternatively, are there any community recycling centres?

I've just received a letter from the Ajuntament/Ciutadella city council saying that my house in Ciutadella (built 1973) is required to have a technical inspection (inspecció técnica d'edificis) because it's now 50 years old. It looks like it applies across the Balearic islands to buildings in towns of more than 25,000 population. Does anyone have any experience of this?

Wanted to buy from May 21st a men’s bike I can use to cycle around the island 

Prefer a hybrid but will consider other types, must be in good working condition please in large size.

Not worried about cosmetic damage as long as it’s useable.
