Hi, we move to our villa in April 2022 and have 1 air con unit installed in the master bedroom, this was installed when we purchased the property. We are looking at costs and recommendations to have two more units added to the other two bedrooms. Is it possible to get a double unit as both bedrooms are next to each other? How much is a sensible price to pay? Are any air con manufacturers better than others? Recommended tradespeople?

My husband and I will be spending 7 months in Menorca from November 1. We will be living on our boat in Mahon but would be available for house/dog sitting and dog walking (no car so limited to Mahon for dog walking). We had to say goodbye to our 14 year old Labrador earlier this year and very much miss spending time with dogs. We’re both British, trustworthy, reliable, and well behaved humans. And we speak reasonable Spanish!

Hello there,

am currently in total limbo post Brexit. Still waiting to get  a response from Residency Application from back in January although I have been checking it's progress and I'm "en processo" . My main concern is not having a doctor or point of referral if I'm sick. I also want to get jabbed against the Covid just in case I need to be in the UK urgently. I have businesses in London and my Mum is getting older. Can any one suggest a way to get vaccinated in Mahon. And whether I can get a local doctor. I only have private medical cover for emergencies at the mo.

I was also told to go to the town hall to inform them that I am living here but apparently they need the original of my NIE from way back in 2007. I only have a picture of the original which was lost a long time ago. Can anyone help me out? I don't seem to be getting anywhere on my own at the moment. Many thanks in advance.

My partner (Michala) and will be looking to move to Menorca by the end of this year/early next year. We´re looking for a house with a big yard as we have 3 dogs. We´re not sure of the area since we´ve never been there. We look forward to exploring the area, meeting new friends and bringing some positive energy vibes to the island and everyone/everything on it. 

Hi, I'm hoping to be in Alcaufar at the end of July for 2 weeks and would like to visit archaeology sites. As it looks too expensive for car hire which are the best and easiest to visit by public transport?  Also I have seen the archaeology Websites but does anyone have a book to sell on menorca archaeology sites?
