Good day, 

My apartment is on the first floor with a private staircase which is connected to the next door ground floor. I have been asked to look at the stairs / terrace as next door has damp on their wall which they are saying is from my side. I need someone to check where the damp is coming from to fix the problem. I will not be in Menorca until next April and I am going to ask for a quote from my management company but would imagine their costings  to be high. 
is there anyone who could take a look to confirm where the damp is coming from to then look at quotes and costings . 
I have had the apartment for many years but never had issues until now .

Hi, I’m flying to Mao in April and would like to know if there are buses running to Son Bou then or is it too early. 

I’m not wanting to hire a car as I’m not confident enough but also I will be travelling to Mao every day and back to Son Bou from Tuesday until Friday. I look forward to hopeful answers . Thank you

We'll be on holiday in Cala en Bosc for a week in September.  We're starting Spanish lessons when we return to the UK and wondered if anyone could recommend a Spanish tutor so we can have a few lessons whilst on holiday. Thank you.
