Can anyone recommend: a handyman to carry a bedframe from first floor flat downstairs

We have booked Adjuntemento to collect bedframe tomorrow morning however its too heavy for us two to carry out ourselves! we need someone to do it this evening for us, happy to pay the going rate.
If anyone can recommend someone we'd really appreciate it!
