Hi, Trying to obtain a mortgage for a property in Menorca but proving tough with the high deposit and fees totalling half the price! Are there any good advisors out there?

Bancamarch is a local bank, they speak english and are very helpful. There is a dedicated member of staff who looks after english clients looking for a mortgage. You can usually borrow up to 60% of the cost of a property depending on all the checks etc.
