Key holding / Changeover company

Hi,
Do you know a good key holding/changeover company for Apartments in Cala En Porter that is not to expensive?

Hi,
We are Concept Menorca Services. As well as a construction company my wife runs a bespoke villa management company.
We look after approx 24 apartments and villas around the island from Son Parc to Sant Tomas and surrounding areas.
we are based in Binixica so very close to CP.
We have fixed rates for changeovers and linen charges etc. Our key holding for an apartment is €300 plus Iva per year. This includes a monthly check, storm checks and emergency call outs if necessary.
