Need a gardener once a month

Just bought a property in Santo Thomas with quite a few large bushes that will need managing throughout the year. I can’t imagine we will need anyone more than one once a month just to cut back and do some weeding. Does anyone know of anyone that might be able to do this. Good for them to come round and have a look and let us know what they think. We also have an area that by the pool that used to have a big Palm tree in it that died. Thinking of putting an olive tree in but need some advice from experts. Is there anyone who can provide that sort of ice? Many thanks
