Missing daughter

Hi,
My daughter and her friend (both 18 years old) are in Menorca. They arrived to Menorca, from Barcelona, on September the 20th and they were camping at Camping S´Atalaia. The have been both incomunicated since September 21, not only with me but with everyone (friends and family) wich is extremely unusual of them. I called the camping and they told me they were not there at the moment. Are there areas in Menorca where there is no cell phone coverage? We are a little bit eager to get in contact with them. Any suggestions of who should we contact to get information on their whereabouts are very wellcome.
