Can anyone recommend: someone who can paint the exterior of my first floor apartment

I want to get someone to paint the exterior of my first floor apartment in the urbanisation of S'Algar. Ideally an english speaker as I want to arrange it from the UK initially. Of course I want someone reliable and honest, who won't rip me off.
