For 1 person holiday, where can I rent for 10 days?

Hello all!
I am a Dutch/Spanish woman from The Netherlands, I'm 49 years old, and I'm searching for a place to stay for 10 days to enjoy a vacation in Menorca.
It's so difficult to find a place for just myself without having to pay for a whole family.
Does anyone have a room with bathroom and maybe a little kitchen for 10 days rent.
September is my first option, but any other period I can think about.
