Hi thanks any idea of fees per annum

All the banks are quite expensive, our 'annual maintenance' is around E145. Then they charge per debit card. We use the bank purely for direct debits and house insurance and use a prepaid credit card (like Caxton) for absolutely everything else. I believe, and I might be wrong, that you need an NIE and a Spanish bank account when you own property, as well as making a Spanish will.
