Is it legal to scatter ashes at sea in Menorca

Hi, I’m looking to book a weeks holiday next May to Son Bou. I’m coming with my family to hopefully scatter my husbands ashes in the Mediterranean Sea. Does anyone know if I need to get intouch with anyone regarding this. Also, would I be able to charter a boat to carry this out? Thankyou.
