Hello

I am new to this forum and have joined to find out what Menorca is like right now in particular the restuarants, are they overly busy becuase they have less tables due to social distancing?

I have been a rergular visitor to Menorca for nealry 40 years but am concerned that if we travel in 2 weeks that the Island wont be the same as it usually is and not sure if i want to risk it.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

regards

Justin

My experience is that tourist life on Menorca is far less busy than usual. Although the restaurants have perhaps less tables than usual, it is still easy to book, never more than a day in advance, and in fact you can just walk in to most of them without a reservation, even in the evening. In Arenal we like La Paella, Good Brudge Cafe, Romani and Alcalde. Tried Arena for the first time, very good. But the best in this part of the island is without doubt the Corner Bar in Addaia and this you do need to book in advance.
