Hi. We seem to have a wasp nests possibly near chimney they were swarming all around the villa and pool but have now gone should I be worried if so can anyone recommend a pest control company?

Hi, I have just had an offer accepted on a property in Son Parc.We are flying out to have a viewing and to make the agreement. Can i get some advice on what happens next e.g i need to get a spanish tax code , we are not going to be living their its a holiday home , and also advice on a bank account is this needed or can i just transfer from our UK account .Any other advice or tips would be appreciated.

Also when lookin gat reviews on Son Parc town shops resturants etc, it states that its got quite run down ?? is this the case the reviews was 4 years old so if they are saying run down then, is it worse now or maybe improved or is it a case that is just not true and isnt run down. of course we will see for ourselves but would be nice to get opions from people that are living there thank you

Hi, I don't have a car and need to get to Mahon for covid testing before I return to the UK, I have heard taxis can be unreliable so wanted to ask if buses go from Son Parc to Mahon and if anyone has any info on them? thanks
