I currently have IBRed as internet supplier.

Service is via an outside dish which bounced signal from mast near La Mola  and ultimately Mahon.

The speed obtained fluctuates to minimum of 7mbps to a maximum of 24mbps (rarely maintains max speed)...

I believe I pay a lot for this service and find it very frustratingly slow and rather archaic...

Am I alone of is there a better option?

Thanks!

We are in Addaia in the NE of the island, and have fantastic fibre internet, good enough to support TV. Our complex sourced it through Mervi, in Alaior, lovely people, good English; they might be able to help.

Hi, thanks for your note.

Unfortunately there are very few telephone lines coming into Cala Llonga, so there is no chance of fibre which is why we have to rely on bouncing signals via dishes...veryPrimitive in this day and age!  Thanks for the tip though👍
