Hello - sorry but I am a bit confused. What is all this about having to have a Spanish driving licence? We own a house in Menorca but are not residents. We visit six or so times per year but only for a week to two weeks at a time. Are we OK to continue with our UK driving licence for this purpose ?

I am looking for a builder to covert aspects of my property and basically gut out and renovate. I intend to visit the island mid / late October and would want to meet to discuss options and set the project for work over the winter. We need to know what's viable but in any case we need to update.
