We bought a flat here in Ciutadella in Nov 2018, since then weve come as much as we can to stay here, here for up to a few months a year, but our main residence is in UK and we work in UK too.

we've been advised by a friend who's a solicitor in Madrid that to ensure we have the same or similar rights that we have now, after end of December, its better we apply for this residents card asap

its not that we wont be able to get it after December, but it might well be more difficult and more expensive

we're looking into how best to do this, and understand we need proof of income and a private medical insurance as we are in our early 60', and its been suggested to us that a Gestororia (administration office) may be able to help us with this.

If anyone out there is trying to apply for this too, or has any useful information, would appreciate hearing from you

Can anyone recommend which ISP in Menorca can offer internet which can be used When I’m here and switched off when I’m away?   (Not Telephonica)

I currently have IBRed as internet supplier.

Service is via an outside dish which bounced signal from mast near La Mola  and ultimately Mahon.

The speed obtained fluctuates to minimum of 7mbps to a maximum of 24mbps (rarely maintains max speed)...

I believe I pay a lot for this service and find it very frustratingly slow and rather archaic...

Am I alone of is there a better option?

hi i am due to fly out on 28 th September this year and was wondering if anyone knows if the villas finesse are open to customers .we are at the moment not in contact with on the beach were we booked as they are saying they will be in contact with us in order of dates !! this i feel is not good enough .the reason for the question is on trip adviser it is saying they are currently closed .any help would be gratefully received
